Each one of these nurturing Body/Energy Work Sessions is deeply guided by intuition and  follows the cues of a clients body and energy feedback. The intention of this deeply relaxing experience is to give your nervous system a sense of being safe, deeply cared for and at peace.

how to heal itself.
